ANDREW HARRISON (Director of Learning & Research DEGW)
Andrew joined DEGW in 1985 and is leader of global Learning & Research teams. Andrew has lead a number of major international research projects including the European Commission supported research project Sustainable Accommodation for the New Economy published in 2003 as ‘The Distributed Workplace’ and Project Faraday in 2007 which developed new space and experience models for the teaching of secondary schools science in Britan. He is currently leading a three-year research project into the impact of personalized learning on school design for DCFS.
GREGOR HOHEISEL (Partner in Graft)
Gregor Hoheisel beacme a partnewith Graft in 2000 and founding partner of Graft Beijing 2004. His previous projects include the Gingko Bacchus Resturant in Chengdu where generously used in an east meet west effect.His current projects include the 60 room Art Hotel and an 8,000 sqm mulit-functional food and bervarage project, both in Beijing.
SHASHI CAAN (Founder of The Shashi Caan Collective)
With a diverse and international portfoilo of work, Shashi Caan is lauded for her understated philosophy which unties the multiple layers of design in architectual, product and interiors. Focusing equally on design in the practise, teaching and research, her impact is felt particularly in the changed outcomes of design as a creative process for inquiry business structure of The Collective.

Over his 15 years with Gensler, Michael has lead teams that delievered significant innovation and value to various international organisation. Working with multi-disciplinary teams and industry-leading research tools, his projects incorporate a high level of flexibility and mobility, which respond to evolving work modes and expectations.
